The Med

Sunday at Shotwick Lake resembled the Mediterranean, as the hot balmy weather continues. But it was no distraction to the keen racers who competed for two more (races 13 and 14) Summer Series races and race 7 in the Sunday Afternoon Pursuit Series. So lots of pressure on current series leader Jeremy Cooper, who still has a solid lead in the series overall. The two Summer Series races were followed More »

When possible a safety boat is on the lake ensuring a safe environment for beginners and those more experienced. Often you can find paddle boards, kayaks and windsurfers alongside a wide variety of dinghies. But always there is an opportunity to meet More »

Radio coaching

Shotwick Lake Sailing is trialing a new venture aimed at helping the less experienced racers during live races.
